What happens if something is damaged?

Every booking is covered by liability insurance. If damage occurs, contact our support team — we'll guide you through the claims process.

When is payment charged?

Payment is authorised at booking but only charged after the clean is complete. If the booking is cancelled with sufficient notice, you won't be charged.

Can I rebook the same cleaner?

Yes. If you're happy with a cleaner, you can add them to your favourites. The system will prioritise them for future bookings, subject to availability.

How quickly can I book a cleaner?

Accepted Answer

In "on demand" mode a cleaner can be with you within an hour (depending on availability in your area). In scheduled mode you can book up to 30 days in advance.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Accepted Answer

No. You can leave a key or entry code. Many customers book while they're at work. You'll receive photos as confirmation when the clean is done.

What if I'm not happy with the service?

Contact us within 24 hours of the booking. We'll review every case individually and where necessary arrange a free re-clean.

Does the cleaner bring their own supplies?

It depends on your preference. You can specify at booking whether you want the cleaner to bring their own products (may carry a small surcharge) or use yours.
